I absolutely love seedy crackers! They are the best snack, so easy to make and sooooo healthy!
Awesome way to get fiber, essential amino acids and healthy fats into your system! I enjoy them with peanut butter and home made marmalade!

1 dl. psyllium husk
1 dl. corn 🌽 flour or chickpea flour
1,5 dl. sunflower 🌻 seeds
2 dl. pumpkin 🎃 seeds
1 dl. sesame seeds
1/2 dl. linseeds
1/2 dl. chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 dl oil (your choice, I chose coconut oil)
4-5 dl boiled water (depending on how much it swells up)
Mix all ingredients and add the water last. Spread out on one or two baking sheets, making it as thin and even as possible.
Sprinkle with sea salt
165-180 degrees celsius depending on oven and if you use convection or not.
