You'll get guidance on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle with a strong focus on hormonal and metabolic health — so your body performs, recovers, and stays resilient long term.
There a few different solutions available depending on your starting point and goals. Most riders choose to continue through a long-term subscription after completing their initial program — creating a coaching relationship that evolves as you do. One-on-one PT sessions are also available for extra support when needed.

2. Equestrian Training via the AthletEQ App
Train independently with structured, rider-specific programs.
If you prefer a flexible, self-paced approach, the app-based training is for you. These programs are designed to improve mobility, strength, and control — all key to better riding — and fit easily into your weekly routine.
Each 6-week program includes three progressive levels and two focused sessions per week:
1 Strength workout — combining balance, coordination, and functional strength
1 Mobility session — helping you unlock better posture and movement in the saddle
You decide how often to repeat each workout during the week. By the end of the program, you’ll have built a sustainable rhythm and noticeable improvements in how your body supports your riding.
